Lever complex is visited by University professors from Syria and Jordan

The Lever complex of Águas do Douro e Paiva (AdDP), was yesterday visited by a group of Syrian and Jordanian university professors under a European project MAPEC - Master Program of Environmental Engineering and Climate Change.
The MAPEC is a project funded by the European Union and aims at capacity building for international cooperation in European Union countries and the Middle East (Jordan and Syria), in order to contribute to the creation of a Master's degree in engineering environmental and climate change.

The visitors were welcomed by AdDP technicians in the auditorium of the Environmental Education Center, where they could watch a film that presents the institutional thorough water treatment process and highlights the role of Lever complex as an essential infrastructure for the water supply system.
During the guided tour of the infrastructure, the group could verify that the water treatment process in Lever ETA uses advanced technology and noted the strict control of the product made our Laboratory.
